Cancellations
Dental Associates realizes that unforeseen situations can occur. If it is necessary to reschedule an appointment, we ask that you give a 48 hour notice and call (785) 539-7401.
Payments
- Payments are due day of service.
- VISA, MasterCard, and Discover are accepted.
- CareCredit is available, which is a financing alternative that has an interest free option available to the patient.
- We will gladly assist you in the filing of your dental insurance.
- Dental Associates is a contracting provider with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Kansas, Delta Dental, and United Concordia Dental Insurance.
